Ja. Im Rahmen von Sonderwünschen bemustern Sie unter anderem Böden, Fliesen und Ihr Badezimmer individuell. In einer frühen Planungsphase können Sie sich auch mit eigenen Vorstellungen zum Grundriss einbringen.

Sollten nach Ihrem Einzug durch uns verschuldete Mängel auftreten, übernehmen wir hierfür 5 Jahre lang die volle Gewährleistung. Einen Energiebedarfsausweis nach der gültigen Verordnung stellen wir Ihnen zur Verfügung.

Das Haus wird im KfW-40+-Standard errichtet und verfügt über eine gemeinschaftliche PV-Anlage. Fußbodenheizung und bodentiefe Fenster mit elektrischen Raffstores gehören zur Ausstattung; im Sommer kann die Raumtemperatur optional über eine Fußbodenkühlung gesenkt werden.

Zu den Wohnungen gehören abgeschlossene Einzelgaragen direkt am Haus sowie ein Fahrradraum im Erdgeschoss.
